Rhoers are young girls who are organized on a local, regional and national level. The Rhoer affiliates are working to help other young people while they learn about their heritage and develop leadership skills. Sigma Gamma Rho is dedicated to helping Rhoers grow to be women of substance who are dedicated to service.

The Theta Psi Sigma Alumnae Chapter Rhoer Club is a newly established program focused on developing young girls in Chester, PA and throughout Delaware County into confident, service-driven leaders.
Our goal is to provide a supportive space where Rhoers can grow, give back to their community, and build strong leadership skills through mentorship and meaningful experiences.
Through this work, the chapter is committed to nurturing young women of substance who are prepared to lead and make a positive impact.
